Deputy Minister Jiang signed, on behalf of MOFCOM, the China-Namibia economic and technical cooperation agreement and the exchange of notes on projects of youth training center and agricultural irrigation together with Mr. Peter Katjavivi, Director of National Planning Commission of Namibia.
